How to add an internal stakeholder to the signoff as an approver ?
This guide outlines the steps to add internal organization stakeholders to KTern.AI, ensuring their roles are configured correctly, invitations are accepted, and they are integrated into the project plan effectively.
Prerequisites
Access Requirements: Ensure you have SUPER Access in KTern.AI to manage stakeholder invitations and roles
Stakeholder Details: Confirm the stakeholder’s:
Email address and Intended role in your organization (e.g., Project Manager, Analyst, Administrator)
Step-by-Step Instructions.
- Login into KTern.AI application using your credentials and after successful login.
- Navigate to Transformation Hub->Users and invite the user to KTern.AI

- Invite and Confirm Stakeholder Activation
3.1 KTern.AI will send an email invitation to the new stakeholder automatically.
3.2 Notify the stakeholder to check their inbox and follow the link in the invitation email to accept it.
3.3 Verify the stakeholder’s status in the Users tab is updated to Active after they accept the invitation. - Once the user is added, you can navigate to respective Signoff item and add the user as part of the approver. https://support.ktern.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-create-signoff-item
