How to add resources to a sign-off item.

Introduction

The platform allows the user to add resources to the sign-off item. This feature helps the user to easily manage the support documents related to the sign-off.

1. Navigating

1.1 Access the KTern sign-off wizard to see the sign-off items.

1.2 Use the Action button "i" to access a specific sign-off item.

2. Resources

2.1 Navigate to Files window to upload/manage the files.

The platform allows the user to manage the files by viewing , downloading or even removing it.

2.2 The platform also helps the user, in maintaining discussion history

KTern provides the team members with the option of tagging each other exclusively in the discussion history of each sign-off

2.3 Once, the changes and updates have been made, the platform intimidates the user.
