Can i edit my sign off workflow ?

Introduction

KTern as a platform allows the user to create as well as edit the sign-off workflow. This can be done by editing the stakeholders, adding resources , sending the sign-off for re-approval.
The Sign-off can be edited even after they have been created from the sign-off cockpit.

1. Navigating

1.1 Navigate to the sign-off cockpit


Use the action buttons to edit the sign-off

2. Sign-offs

2.1 Once the sign-off is accessed to edit, the details can be updated as well as completely changed based on the user & project requirements.



2.2 If there is a need to add or remove stakeholders or to increase the the level of approvals in the matrix, that can be also done.


The sign-offs rejected can be accessed here for re-approvals.

2.3 The Sign-offs can be linked to the project from here based upon the :
      2.3.1 Task
      2.3.2 Issue
      2.3.3 Testcase
      2.3.4 Milestone


New reference item can be linked with the sign-offs.

2.4 The discussions regarding anything related to the sign-offs can be mentioned, these might include:
     2.4.1 Status
     2.4.2 Update
     2.4.3 Approval
     2.4.4 Requirements
     2.4.5 Changes
     2.4.6 Reminders



2.6 The support documents to get the sign-offs approved can be attached exclusively to each sign-offs individually and maintained too.


The sign-off workflow can be edited even after the completion of the sign-off, if need be.
