KTern allows the user to create and assign sign-offs based on the project requirements. While a sign-off is being created, the user have to provide the deadline for approval / rejection of the sign-off. Since the platform doesn't allow auto-escalation in the matrix, which leads to overdue sign-offs in the project plan.

The Over-due sign-offs is visible to all the stakeholders of the sign-off irrespective of the level of approval.

The Overdue sign-offs can be viewed as normal sign-offs in the sign-offs Cockpits, the viewing of overdue sign-offs depends upon the filters.

1.1 Project Hub --> Sign-off

The "Thunder icon" over the sign-off list will help in applying some quick filters for faster sorting of data.

The Overdue sign-offs on the platform can be categorized based on the user related or project related and KTern provides the same as a quick filter for easier access.

2.1 Overdue sign-offs of the user.

select the "quick filter" icon for sorting out the overdue sign-off created by the user.

Once the option from the drop down menu is selected, the sign-off cockpit shows the required view.

2.2 Overdue sign-offs of the entire project

As the option was selected earlier for only user created over-due sign-offs , similarly select the option for all overdue sign-offs in the project.
