In the context of HANAPEDIA, an "asset" refers to digital resources such as documents, templates, reports, plans, agendas, and reusable code bases within the SAP environment.

Note: When users are instructed to search for an asset, they are seeking specific digital information or resources relevant to their needs within the HANAPEDIA platform.


Searching for an Asset
  1. Explore Top Searches

    1. Check the Top Searches (1) to discover trending topics and popular assets within the HANAPEDIA community.


    2. To view the latest or most recently updated Top Searches, click on the refresh icon (2).

  2. Select Content

    1. Choose the Title/Content (3) based on your specific needs to initiate the asset search.



  3. Keyword Entry

    1. In the search bar (4), enter keywords related to the information you need, ensuring specificity for more accurate results.



  4. Click on the search icon to review the entered query.

    1. The search bar (4) will display your entered query.

    2. After entering your query in the search bar, click on the search icon (5).

    3. This action will direct you to the result page, displaying a list of assets ranked by relevancy score, as depicted in the image below.


  5. Total Relevant Assets

    1. Preview the count of total relevant assets (6) related to your search.



  6. Recent Searches
    1. Utilize Recent Searches (7) to stay informed about the latest trends in assets.



    2. By clicking on the necessary asset, the document will get opened. To close the document, click the close icon located in the top right corner.
