What Are The Different Views Available In The Process Catalog?

3 Types of Views

The Process Catalog offers three distinct views, including the Catalog View, Table View, and Spreadsheet View (also known as the GSI Workbook). These views enhance user experience and flexibility in managing process components:

  1. Catalog View:

    1. This default view presents process components in a tree-like structure.

    2. It allows users to visualize the hierarchy of processes with icons and tooltips indicating the level of each component.

  2. Table View:

    1. Users can switch to the Table View, accessible through the toolbar, to display all process components in a tabular format.

    2. This view is particularly useful for filtering components based on criteria such as Assigned to, Created by, Status, and Process level.

  3. Spreadsheet View (GSI Workbook):

    1. Known as the GSI Workbook, this view is like a digital workspace for your process plan.

    2. It lets you effortlessly edit different process components, just like you would in a spreadsheet.

    3. What's even cooler is the auto-recommendation feature within the GSI Workbook, making planning smoother and more efficient for users.
