Subscribing to Streams and Accessing Details



Subscribing for a Stream

  1. Click on the Profile icon.



  2. Choose "Project Settings."



  3. You will be redirected to the Project Settings page.



  4. Navigate to the Subscription section.



  5. There, you can view the list of streams with details such as:



  1. Free Trial Ends On

  2. Status of the stream (Expired or in Live state)

  3. Next Billing Date

  4. Amount to be paid for a year

  5. Subscription ends by when

  6. Premium Subscription is made for which streams

  7. Customer Success Manager for the project


Initiating Subscription

  1. Hover over the "Free" button, and the subscription button will become visible.



  2. Trigger the subscription button to initiate the subscription process, where an email will be sent to the KTern team to start the subscription.
