How To Reset A New Password In KTern?


  1. If the user forgets their password, they should click "Forgot their password" on the login page.



  2. Provide the email address used for KTern to receive a password reset link.





  3. Check the email inbox for a message from info@ktern.com and click the "Reset Password" button.



  4. The user will be redirected to a page where they can create a new password.



  5. After clicking "Reset Password," the user will be automatically taken to the login page.



  6. Enter the email address and new password to log in.



  7. The user can now access KTern, view their projects, and continue their journey within the KTern platform.
