How to modify Calendar Settings in Project?



Adjusting Calendar Settings in Your Project

  1. The Calendar feature empowers you to establish project-specific calendars, defining workdays, weekends, and holidays.

  2. During the project creation, you can choose your calendar, which automatically sets the weekends and holidays based on the selected calendar type.

  3. However, if you need to change the calendar type after project creation, follow these steps:
  1. Access the Calendar section.



  2. Select the project you want to configure.



  3. Edit the calendar name for easy reference.



  4. Specify project weekends to align with your work schedule.



  5. Add relevant holidays.



  6. Click the (-) icon to remove the respective holiday. 



  7. Once you've made the necessary adjustments, click the “Modify Calendar” button to apply the changes.
