How to manage configurations in a project?

Managing Project Configuration: Customizing Date and Duration Calculations

  1. The Configuration feature allows you to tailor how dates and durations are calculated for your project.

  2. Follow these steps:
    1. Locate and select the “Configuration” tab. 



    2. Choose the desired project from the dropdown list.

    3. Configure settings such as:



      1. Auto-calculation of actual dates

      2. Auto-calculation of planned duration and actual duration

      3. Project Progress Metric - Customer Milestones Percentage

      4. Create approvals based on (Deliverable or Workpackage/ Task L1/ Task L2/ Task L3)

    4. After making the changes, trigger the "Update Project Configurations" button to apply the modifications.
