Steps to Integrate Microsoft Outlook and KTern.AI
- Upon logging into KTern, click the "+" icon and choose the template.
- This action will then redirect you to the project creation page.
- Upon filling in the details, simply scroll down to choose your integrations.
- Notably, the Microsoft Teams integration is available by default.
- Upon project creation, proceed to launch it and access the project from the project launchpad.
- Upon landing in My Workspace, click on the hamburger icon, then select "Transformation Hub".
- Navigating to "Calendar & Events", trigger the "Create New" button (1) to select "Event" (2).
- Opening a drawer, fill in the required fields, and choose the parent task name (3) for the scheduled meeting.
- Toggle (5) the switch to block the Outlook calendar (4) if necessary.
- Select the meeting duration, which will be displayed at the end of the box, indicating the total hours and minutes scheduled (6).
- Finally, click the "Create" button (7) to schedule the meeting.
- After event creation, you'll be directed to the events page, where you can view the list of events, including the one you just created.
- You can search (8) for an event, edit the meeting details using the edit icon (9), and access the event wizard by launching it (10) to manage attendance, take meeting notes, and more.
- Check the Outlook calendar to verify that the scheduled meeting is visible.
- Similarly, navigate to the Teams calendar to confirm the presence of the scheduled meeting and trigger the Join button to get into the meeting.
