How to Edit or Delete a template in KTern.AI-Digital Projects?



Editing a Template

  1. Select the concerned project and navigate to “Define Template," which houses existing templates for that project.



  2. Choose the template you want to edit. Update the title of the Link Items or modify the Conditional Rules according to the requirement.



  3. Trigger the Update button to save the changes.




Deleting a Template

  1. Once you've opened the required template, click the delete icon to remove the template from the list.
