How Do You Create A Risk In KTern's Risk Register?

General guideline:
To create a risk in KTern's Risk Register, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the 'Add Risk' button within the KTern platform.



  2. Fill in the required details such as Risk Title, Risk Category, Status, Identified by, Responsible Person, Description, Impact Level, Probability of occurrence, and Risk Strategy.



  3. Ensure all necessary information about the risk, including its potential impact and likelihood of occurrence, is accurately captured.




    Note: Risk Assessment is auto-calculated based on SAP standards using the below formula:



  4. Select an appropriate risk response strategy from the provided options.



  5. Once all details are entered, click on the 'Submit' button to add the risk to the Risk Register.
