How Do The Filters In The Discussion Forum Help In Refining And Accessing The Necessary Data?


Filters

Upon clicking the filter icon, you will encounter three columns along with the corresponding results:
  1. Categories: Select whether you are searching for a Question or an Idea. For example, in this instance, "Question" is selected.



  2. Tags: When creating or viewing a question, you would have noticed the tags field. Choose the relevant tag associated with the question.



  3. Sort: Arrange the results by either Latest or Top Trending.



  4. Results: It is displayed based on the filters applied to the three fields. The "?" symbol indicates the count of questions present in the chosen filter, and the "i" symbol denotes the count of ideas. If you select "Idea" as the category, the count will be shown under the "i" symbol; for "Question," the count will be shown under the "?" symbol.
