How do i get notified about sign offs ?
Introduction
KTern allows the user to create a sign-off and assign stakeholders to the same based on the approval matrix. The approval matrix can be of multiple levels with multiple approvers at each level.
To increase the efficiency of the sign-off approval, KTern provides timely notification to each approver based on the creation of the sign-off and the approvals.
1. Notification of Creation
The platform sends a mail notification to the registered mail with the details of the sign-off:
1.1 Name
1.2 Approvers
1.3 Re-direct Link

2. Notification of Approvals
Once the base level approvers have approved or rejected the sign-off, a notification regarding the status of the sign-off is again sent to the pending approvers with :
2.1 Acceptance or Rejection comments.
2.2 The Pending approvers.
