The CodeGenie Lounge serves as the central dashboard, providing an overview of all active Buildspaces and their key attributes. This page allows users to quickly assess the status and configuration of each project, making it easy to manage and navigate between multiple Buildspaces.

Key Features of the CodeGenie Lounge

  1. Buildspace Overview:

    • Each Buildspace is listed with its Name, offering a high-level overview of your project portfolio.
    • See the Buildspace Status, indicating whether the project is in the active phase or not.

  2. Detailed Project Information:

    • Created By: Displays the user who initiated the Buildspace.
    • Created On: Timestamp indicating when the Buildspace was created.
    • Number of Iterations: Shows the number of iterative development cycles completed for each project.
    • Linked Repository: Displays the Git repository linked to the Buildspace, providing a quick way to access and manage code changes.

  3. Launch Buildspace:

    • Clicking on the Launch button will take you directly into the selected Buildspace, where more detailed information is available.
    • From the Buildspace view, you can manage project assets, set up new iterations, view requirements, and track development progress.



How to Use the CodeGenie Lounge

  1. Navigate to the Lounge from the main dashboard to access all your Buildspaces.
  2. Select a Buildspace Name to view a detailed summary, or use the Launch button to access the project environment directly.
  3. Use the Linked Repository column to quickly open the associated source control system and manage code changes.
  4. Review the Status and Number of Iterations to identify projects that need attention or have ongoing tasks.

Best Practices

  • Regularly review the Number of Iterations and Status to track progress and identify Buildspaces that may require updates or additional support.
  • Keep your Repository Links up-to-date to ensure smooth code management and collaboration.
