    • Users
      • A dedicated User Groups section is now available, allowing teams to create and manage the authorization groups used for access control in the new planner.
    • New Planner
      • Two new authorization columns (Editor and Inherited Editor) provide transparency into the User Group responsible for editing each task level.
      • Access to modify a task level is determined by its assigned User Group, ensuring updates are made only by authorized members.
      • When a parent task is assigned to a User Group (e.g., Wave 0), all child tasks get the same access in the Inherited Editor column, eliminating manual updates and keeping governance consistent.
      • If a task needs a different User Group (e.g., Wave 2), it can be updated in the Editor column, while Inherited Editor groups can still modify it, allowing exceptions without impacting the hierarchy.
      • Admins hold complete access to the entire project plan, while wave/role-based groups can edit only the task levels mapped to their User Groups, strengthening accountability and access control.
    •  Configurable Dashboard
      • The Query page now supports instant switching between Tree Table and Flat Table views by hovering over the “Run Query” button, ensuring smoother navigation and efficient review of query results.
      • The Flat Table view presents all queried tasks in a simple list, supporting faster scanning, filtering, and bulk analysis with direct access to each work item.
      • The Tree Table view displays the complete parent–child task hierarchy of planner work items, helping users validate sequence, structure, and task dependencies with precision. 
    •  Integration – Project Plan API Release
      • The Integration Project Plan API now retrieves and maps all signoffs to their respective project plan tasks, providing complete visibility into overdue and total signoffs at every task level.
      • Signoff counts automatically roll up from child tasks to parent tasks, ensuring accurate hierarchical tracking without manual consolidation.

      • Automated SoD (Segregation of Duties) reporting highlights key authorization conflicts with mapped risks and compliance impacts, strengthening access governance and audit readiness.

      • Exception Analysis identifies key financial and operational exceptions across invoices, presents root-cause and impact details, and provides clear remediation steps for faster resolution.
    • Fit-Gap Analysis
      • Fit–Gap Analysis now provides exact standard alternatives with implementation steps, responsible teams, and phase-wise timelines, enabling clearer decisions and faster execution.
      • If an exact match is not found, through Fit–Gap Analysis KTern.AI's Agents suggests standard alternatives with functionality coverage percentages for each custom objects and recommend the configurations and customizations needed for full alignment.
    • Sizing Recommendations
      • Along with sizing recommendations for the DB and application layers, KTern.AI's Agent provides a five-year database and memory growth projection to support accurate infrastructure planning.
    • Archiving Recommendations
      • KTern.AI provides archiving recommendations by identifying high-memory and aging SAP tables for retention cleanup, supporting performance planning, housekeeping, and right-sizing.

      • Actual Start and End Date fields now align accurately with task status, ensuring clear execution visibility.
      • Task hierarchy adjustments now work smoothly, providing uninterrupted indentation and project plan structure management.
      • Planner save operations now happen instantly, ensuring quick and reliable capture of updates.
    •  Cutover Orchestrator
      • Cutover now supports concurrent editing with consistent data handling, ensuring all user updates are captured accurately.
