Enhancements & Bug Fixes !
  • We listened to all your requests and our dev team was busy killing those pesky bugs to make your SAP transformation much smoother and sleeker.
  1. Digital Projects
    1. App Onboarding [Project Creation Page]
      1. Two inputs for Customer Name & System Integrator are now available in a single box.
      2. Selection of the concerned application in the "Integrations" field now excludes automatic KEBS selection.
      3. Improved template search bar functionality; templates will load back properly after wrong or unavailable searches.
      4. Applied filters will persist even after refreshing a page. Filters and the search bar will now function as expected.
      5. The Organization field is now a mandatory field in Project Creation Template.
    2. Portfolio Governance
      1. The "Summary" field now opens in a few seconds in the Portfolio governance reports.
      2. On clicking "All Portfolios," the user will be redirected to the initial portfolio page.
      3. Mandatory fields have been brought in for creating a portfolio in Portfolio governance. 
    3. My Workspace
      1. The default status "New, Active" is retained after updating a work item; filters will too persist.
      2. The alignment inconsistency on changing the status from completed to approved under "Issues" has been resolved.
      3. The error that came on updating an issue in a drawer has been resolved.
      4. The Submit button for the Risk drawer has been relocated to the top right for maintaining consistency among other work items.
      5. The UI glitch when changing filters in Assigned to me, Created by me, Involved as a participant has been resolved.
      6. The list of scheduled events can now be viewed through the calendar in My Workspace & Dashboard. 
    4. Transformation Hub
      1. Users can now upload & download files under Control Center.
      2. Filters now allow users to filter those reporting to "none".
      3. The "Team" column has been added for user convenience; the grouping option is now available for "Team".
      4. The search bar has been reinstated in Backlog.
      5. The Reference field has been made non-mandatory in signoff item creation.
      6. "Tag" filter options have been added in Tasks.
      7. The "Task Type" field now functions correctly in bulk updates for Tasks & Test Cases.
      8. Created announcements under "Forum" are now visible in My Workspace.
    5. Phase Cockpit
      1. Work item status will get updated without refreshing the Phase cockpit page.
      2. Data is getting passed under the "Priority field" in Phase Cockpit.
    6. Timeline
      1. The pop-up showing errors in the Workbook now shows for a few seconds for better viewing, unlike the old one which disappears in the next second itself.
      2. The issue of linking milestones to random tasks has now been resolved under Milestones.
      3. The tab name will no longer show the previously visited one's name but instead will reflect the name of the current page.
    7. Ticket Center & Simulation
      1. Filters that didn't work properly in the Tickets Center are now functioning correctly.
      2. Sometimes, upon launching the ticket, it would have come back to the screen with all the lists of tickets. Now, upon launching the ticket, the user will be taken into the particular ticket.
      3. The order of tickets, which changed upon their recent status update, is now working properly without any change in the order.
  2. Digital Process
    1. Analytics
      1. "Add New Report" button malfunction has been resolved.
      2. Download icon is now enabled for all types of reports.
    2. Process Cockpit - Process Catalog
      1. The search filter in Process Catalog now accurately displays data.
      2. Clicking "Add New Process Item" now redirects to a drawer, eliminating the need for page refresh.
      3. The edge case has been addressed: Scores of value, velocity, volume, materiality now display numbers correctly.
      4. The Pivot table component in Process Catalog now functions properly.
      5. In the "History" page, changes in the process item status are now updated automatically without the need for a page refresh.
      6. Notifications while uploading a file now disappear automatically.
      7. The view icon, initially available only for xlsx files, is now accessible for other formats.
      8. The "View Entire Catalog" and "View as Excel" icons have been reinstated. Clicking the concern icon now redirects users appropriately.
      9. Data is now passed successfully; the category column is no longer blank. Filters now provide options under the category field.
  3. Digital Labs
    1. Test Cases
      1. Applying filters will no longer cause the chart to shrink or shift left, and the previously observed loading issue on this page has been resolved.
    2. Test Catalog
      1. Test cases are now visible under both the Test Suite Catalog and Insights.
      2. Users are now restricted from creating duplicate component names, preventing the generation of unnecessary duplicates.
      3. The "Show as List" option will now function correctly when navigating from the "Add new reference" page.
      4. The misalignment issue with the save and delete buttons has been rectified and is now properly aligned.
      5. Upon triggering the "submit" button after filling details, the continuous loading issue has been addressed, and submissions will now occur promptly.
      6. A success message is now displayed upon updating the test configuration.
      7. There will be no further delays when downloading a file.
    3. Insights
      1. Upon creating a new report, the dialogue box will no longer persist and will automatically close.
