Kaar Release - 2606 ( 30 June, 2026 )

What's New!

1.  AI Agents

FRS Agent

Automatically generates the Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) from the Solution Design Document (SDD) — the SDD documents the organization's standard baseline process, while the agent-generated FRS captures the detailed explanation of any gap or deviation from that standard, reducing manual documentation effort.

WRICEF Development Agent

Now available in VS Code, SAP BAS, and CodeGenie Devzone, enabling AI-assisted generation of reusable WRICEF components and multi-consumer OData services to accelerate SAP development.

Automates repetitive development tasks such as CDS-to-OData conversion, improving development consistency and promoting reusable integration components - resulting in faster implementation cycles and improved developer productivity.

Generated OData services are now built for multi-consumer reuse, so the same service can be consumed by multiple Fiori apps or interfaces without duplication or app-specific hardcoding.

Translation Agent

Now available in KTern.AI, enabling seamless translation of project documents into Arabic language while preserving business context, technical terminology, and document structure — helping global implementation teams overcome language barriers and accelerate document localization.

License Optimization

  • Full visibility into every SAP user's license usage — automatically compares what's assigned vs. what's actually used, flagging over-licensed users.
Impact: directly reduces SAP license spend.
  • Detects inactive/dormant accounts and unused roles or transactions through login and usage trend analysis.
Impact: enables proactive access cleanup and lowers compliance risk.
  • License and role-usage dashboards with drill-down and export, showing exactly where license spend is concentrated.
Impact: gives leadership clear, actionable cost data instead of raw logs.
  • Planned next: one-click "optimal license tier" recommendations per user, plus AI-generated cleanup suggestions.
Impact: turns analysis into direct action, cutting manual effort further.

SoD (Segregation of Duties) Analysis

  • One-screen compliance summary with an overall risk score and severity breakdown.
Impact: gives leadership instant visibility into access risk, no manual audit needed.
  • Flags the highest-risk violations first — like users who can both create and approve the same transaction (e.g., create a vendor and approve its payment).
Impact: catches fraud-risk scenarios before auditors do.
  • Identifies "super admin" and unmanaged service accounts with excessive access.
Impact: closes the most common, highest-impact compliance blind spots.
  • Urgent issues get a clear action list, assignable to the right team.
Impact: shortens the time between finding a risk and fixing it.
  • Tracks compliance over time, not just a one-time snapshot.
Impact: shifts the organization from reactive audits to continuous compliance.

Document Execution Grouping, Versioning & Governance - Reverse Engineering

Execution Count, Last Executed timestamp, and a latest-version indicator are now available for every Custom Object and Agent Type combination, giving complete visibility into document generation activity.

Automatic versioning (V1, V2, V3…) ensures no document is ever overwritten — every version is retained, retrievable, and the latest is always clearly identified.

Documents are now grouped by Custom Object, Document Type, and Version — sorted latest-first — ensuring no document is missed on the landing page.

Admins can now delete specific line items directly within Reverse Engineering scans, without needing support intervention.

Enhancements & Bug Fixes!

1. Configurable & Portfolio Dashboards

Bookmark functionality has been extended to Configurable and Portfolio Dashboards, and can now be tied to a specific project — so users can save and return to an exact dashboard view within its project context, searchable across all projects they have access to.

2. Audit Log & Tracking

A new centralized audit log tracker is available across Digital Projects modules, showing every field-level change in card or table views, with filters by date, module, user, and action type, plus an analytics panel showing trends, most-changed fields, top users, and flagged deletions — all exportable to Excel.

3.  KTern Sync

Newly created projects are now automatically added to KCT-KTern Sync, eliminating manual synchronization steps and ensuring immediate availability for downstream integrations.

3.  Audit Tool

Audit responses now support compliance comments for affirmative (YES) responses, enabling organizations to capture additional audit evidence.

Compliance KPI ordering has been corrected for a more consistent reporting experience across audit dashboards.

Project synchronization and overall Audit Tool stability have been improved for a more reliable auditing experience.

4.  Signoff

Deleting a parent sign-off is now blocked while any of its child sign-offs are approved, preventing orphaned records and preserving data integrity; if no child is approved, admins are warned before deletion proceeds, with a clear count of pending approved children shown.

5.  Administration

Project Settings now display the Project INID exclusively for Project Administrators, ensuring controlled visibility of project configuration information.
