Enhancements & Bug Fixes!
1. General
  • Time zone & Onboarding Enhancements
    • Projects now support time zone configuration, ensuring all task dates, calendars, and milestones are displayed and processed in the selected time zone.
    • During sign-up, when invited to a project, stakeholders now land directly on the Project Launchpad instead of the project creation page, ensuring a smoother onboarding experience.
2. My Portfolios
  • Portfolio - RAID Logs Dashboard
    • The Due Date column now reflects the exact task’s due date for each RAID item, improving clarity in risk and issue tracking.
3. Digital Projects
  • Bookmarks – Reports
    • Time zone handling in unsigned milestones and deliverable reports is standardized, ensuring the correct local time is displayed for all users.
  • Configurable Analytics Dashboards
    • Real-time planned vs actual chart shows deviations in the project plan, helping the team easily identify and address them.
    • Drill down option is enabled in charts with detailed data views, facilitating quicker analysis and navigation.
  • Planner 2.0
    • A dynamic task counter above the Planner table shows the filtered vs. total tasks (e.g., 18 of 157), providing clear transparency when filters are applied.
    • Parent tasks are highlighted if any child task falls outside the parent’s planned dates; Child tasks are highlighted if they do not fall within the parent task’s planned date range.
    • Project plans now exclude weekends in planned start and end dates, ensuring tasks are not scheduled on days when stakeholders are unavailable.
    • Selected columns are consistently retained even after saving, enabling uninterrupted workflows.
    • Copy & Paste functionality is enabled for On-Prem Planner, allowing seamless transfers from Excel to Planner and Planner-to-Planner, saving time on data entry.
    • Task types (Phase, Wave, Milestone, Deliverable Group, Activity) can now be assigned without restrictions to each task, ensuring greater flexibility and enhancing plan structure.
    • Progress metrics (Planned Progress, Actual Progress, Active Percentage) are standardized, providing consistent performance tracking in place of Percent Done.
    • Parent task status will now automatically update to “Completed” once all child activities are in “Completed” or “Not Relevant”, minimizing manual efforts.
    • The Teams filter now works dynamically in the slicer, and the Teams column is brought in the Planner, making team-based planning easier.
    • Status of parent activities now rolls up consistently from child activities, reducing the effort needed to update them separately.
  • Signoff
    • Attachments in signoff drawers are now managed seamlessly without duplication during approvals, supporting cleaner governance.
4. Digital Labs
  • Test Cases
    • Fields of multiple test cases (e.g., status, assignee, priority, etc) can now be bulk updated in one click, with only the intended changes applied while retaining all other details, improving efficiency.
