The escalation matrix in KTern is dependent on the customers and the project management.

The Project team takes care of the stakeholders and similarly the different levels of approvals & reporting roles related to the project plan. The platform helps the project team to establish this matrix directly onto the project plan. The escalation matrix is widely divided from work-items to Sign-off based on the project.
